Head of Finance

Job Overview :

- Looking for an expert in fund management and finance to oversee planning and operations across multiple entities.

- This role includes managing taxation, accounts finalization, and MIS, as well as leading a team and building relationships with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Fund Management & Planning: Develop and implement fund strategies across entities.

- Taxation: Ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.

- Accounts Finalization: Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements.

- MIS: Create and maintain management information systems for reporting.

Qualifications :

- Strong experience in fund management and finance.

- Leadership skills to manage a team.

- Excellent relationship-building skills with vendors (bankers, lawyers, CA firms, trustees of AIFs).
