Finance Head
Job responsibilities mainly include activities driven towards delivering efficiency, insight and control throughout the finance function - conduct analysis, develop insights, identify areas for improvement, support project lead, work directly with project teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, organize and prepare recommendations to address client problems, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Finance transformation and process improvements across Record to Report (Close and Consolidation), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Ensure Timely & Accurate close of Books for Legal Entity.
- Accounting transactions advisory, financial statement preparation and analysis, and statutory reporting.
- Apply the technical aspects of U.S. GAAP to all FAO clients to ensure that we are in compliance with requirements
- Maintain technical competency with the various accounting software systems used to provide the FAO services
- Provide training, direction, supervision and mentoring to service & delivery associates as applicable ensuring compliance amongst service & delivery associates
- Will serve as a guide for all associates in Team India.
- Assist in the development of internal procedures, policies, etc.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree / MBA in finance & Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant certification
- At least 12 to 15 years of job related experience in the public accounting field with an emphasis on U.S. GAAP accounting specifically related to small to mid-size businesses or at least 12 plus years of job related experience as a controller for a small to mid-size U.S. company
