Job Title : Finance Head

Reporting To : CEO

Location : Ahmedabad (Head Office)

Job role and responsibilities:

- Driving company's overall financial planning & execution.

- Creating & controlling budgets of all critical operations of the company.

- Validating & driving company's fundraising plans.

- Managing company's capital structure considering projected cash flow needs.

- Effectively manage the cash flow of the company.

- Supervise all financial personnel (Finance, Accounting, MIS) in the finance department.

- Prepare & analyze MIS reports, present the same to stakeholders with actionable insights.

- Prepare other relevant & reliable financial reports presenting current & future financial perspectives for the company.

- Ensure the compliance with company policy, tax & other relevant laws of government.

- Help internal & compliance audit teams, implement their suggestions.

Required qualifications:

- Master's degree in accounting or other finance-related studies, ACCA Qualification will be a plus point.

- A proven track record with prior experience as a FInance Head or relevant position.

- In depth knowledge of risk management practices and corporate laws.

- Expertise in data analysis and forecasting methods.

- Proficiency with financial management software and MS office.

- Efficient and quick problem-solving skills.

- Strong Leadership/people management skills.

- Effective communication & negotiation skills.
