Head - Finance & Banking Alliances - FinTech

- Development of internal control policies and procedures.

- Development of financial budget of the organisation

- Management of financial controls and accounting procedures.

- Taking care of revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation and MIS

- Overview preparation of monthly financial statements like Balance Sheet, P&L statement etc.

- Managing relationships with Investors

- Taking care of Banking/NBFC Alliances

Profile

- Experience in Heading Finance division at one of the Fintech/NBFC companies

- In depth understanding in preparation of financial budgets and policies

- Ability to collaborate with Founders to organize, plan and achieve financial goals

- A Master's Degree in Finance/CA/CPA

- 8-15 years of experience in a financial services organisation
