Head - Finance - Bank

We have been retained by an MNC Bank to search for a Head of Finance for their India Operations.

The role :

- The Head of Finance will manage all aspects of finance for India Operations and provide support to the Head Office.

- Responsible for Financial Control in all areas of Bank's business financials in the country .

- Will be the primary point of contact with the regulatory authorities and the external and internal auditors .

- Must ensure good corporate governance is applied throughout the organization.

- Responsible for Setting up, document and review Financial Control procedures.

- Responsible for day-to- day business of bank entities including audit, tax, accounting, yearly consolidation.

The Person :

- 10+ years experience with an MNC bank in banking finance role.

- Atleast 4 years in a senior capacity in financial reporting

- MBA/CA/CPA
