Head - Finance - Babycare Segment - CA

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts, payroll, and expenses

- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for senior management and stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and monitor annual budgets and forecasts

- Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements

- Establish and maintain strong internal controls for asset protection and accurate financial data

- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize cash resources

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities

- Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals

- Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals

- Drive equity and debt fundraising efforts, including financial modeling and investor relations

Job Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience

- Minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership position in a startup or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) environment

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to inspire and motivate teams

- Detail-oriented and highly organized

- Proficient in problem-solving and strategic thinking

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical mindset comfortable with complex financial data
