Head - Finance - Babycare Industry - CA

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts, payroll, and expenses.

- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

- Establish and maintain strong internal controls for asset protection and accurate financial data.

- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize cash resources.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.

- Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals.

- Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.

- Drive equity and debt fundraising efforts, including financial modeling and investor relations.

Job Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10-12 years of post-qualification experience.

- Minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership position in a startup or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) environment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

- Proficient in problem-solving and strategic thinking.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset comfortable with complex financial data.
