Title: Finance Manager/Sr Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Job Grade: GM Reports to: COO

Job Level: L2

Department: Finance & Accounts (Finance)

Job Summary : Overall responsible for Finance, Accounts, MIS, Company Profitability, Statutory Compliance, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation and Company Secretarial Functions

Minimum Requirements:

Qualification: Professional Degree (CA)

Experience: >3 to 5 years

Special Skills reqd if any: Managerial Experience with hands on working on MIS, Accounts, Finance, Taxation including liaisoning with Government Officials, banks, auditors, multilocation handling.

Job Magnitude:

Geography: National (6) External Customers: Certifying bodies, Government Regulatory authorities.

Span of Control

Responsibility Areas :

SAP :

- Formulation of company strategy and AOP in coordination with various functions and corporate guidelines

- Development of forecast scenario

- Budgetary control-comparison with budget and variation analysis and guide action plan to achieve the target

- Review the plants financial and operating performance

- Maintaining of accounts as per local GAAP and policy and procedure of company

- Ensure that financial transactions are being conducted in ethical and legal manner

- Regulatory compliance and coordination with other functions to ensure compliance coordination of boards and audit committee meeting and secretarial functions

- Ensure effective financial reports and LIS for the company with reliability, accuracy, adequacy and timelines

- SOX compliance-ensuring the internal control system functioning effectiveness and strengthens the internal control system

- Manage and meet all audit requirement, - Statutory Audit, Internal audit, tax audit, Sox audit and work on improvement areas identified by auditors.

- Manage Direct and Indirect taxation, Treasury Management - Long term, Working capital management - Receivable, Payable and Inventory control, Risk Management - Financial, Forex and Insurance

- Alignment with other Business Functions and support through Financial Inputs, directions and priorities

- Capital Investment analysis, approval and control of expenditure

- Lead and drive deployment of Cost Management system

- ERP - Management and Improvement in ERP system

- Monitors and Support through review mechanism in achieving operational target
