Job Description :

- CA with 12 - 15 years of experience in overseeing all areas of Finance in an automotive/manufacturing setup.

- Experience in overseeing entire gamut of finance with emphasis on fund raising, working capital management, forex hedging, all aspects of taxation and exports & imports.

- He/she should be aware about any government announcements related to automotive, infrastructure & allied industries and advise the organisation on business opportunities accordingly.

Client Details :

Our client is a leading automotive organisation based out of Mumbai and having multiple manufacturing facilities PAN India. Their multiple product lines caters to OEMs both domestically and overseas. Currently, they are in a growth trajectory and are planning to penetrate into untapped markets and scaling up the organisation.

They are looking for an experience professional who will work closely with the directors of the organisation and as CEO's subordinate involved in identifying and advising on business opportunities and should be able to contribute to the growth and development of the organisation while being able to groom the finance team.

Description :

As the Head of Finance, you will be reporting to the CEO and will be responsible for :

1. Preparation of financial budget and financial forecast.

2. Fund Planning & Fund Distribution.

3. MIS, Management reporting.

4. Coordinating/interaction and report building with auditors of respective entities for completion of reviews and year-end audit.

5. Providing information and complete financial on regular basis to Management on quarterly, yearly.

6. Searching Business opportunities for expansion, diversification.

7. Compliance with IND AS, other relevant applicable GAAP and other relevant provisions of MCA, ICAI etc.,

8. Statutory and regulatory compliance like ROC, GST, TDS, Tax audit etc. Monthly as well as yearly.

9. Coordinating/interaction and report building with various consultant appointed for various statutory activities and other consulting services

10. Understand and implement risk mitigation solutions including maintaining appropriate insurance cover

11. Procurement of CAPEX, Real Estate, etc.

Profile :

- You are a Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of experience in working with automotive/manufacturing organisations.

- You are currently overseeing all areas of finance within your organisation and are skilled at fund raising & management, taxation, forex and exports & imports.

- You have excellent communication and leadership skills.
