Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.

- Collaborate with the executive team to create and implement annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and policies, both locally and internationally.

- Develop and maintain robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure transparency.

- Act as the primary point of contact for investors, shareholders, and financial institutions.

- Prepare and present accurate and comprehensive financial reports, investor presentations, and other communications.

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending appropriate actions.

- Manage treasury and cash flow, optimizing working capital and ensuring adequate funding for operational requirements.

- Handle unit experience and effectively coordinate financial activities across different business units.

Requirements :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic background.

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliances, and reporting requirements.

- Proven experience in developing and executing financial strategies.

- Strong understanding of investor relations and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
