We have an urgent requirement with one of the biggest consumer durable group -Retail Arm at Gurgaon  Designation :Head F&A - Retail Arm of Biggest Consumer Durable  Reporting to : CFO   Profile : Over All Head, handling both Corporate Finance and Commercial Finance .  Position Objectives:  - Develop systems, processes & teams to achieve all Financial Accounting deliverables / requirements.  - Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash & Banking and Inventory  - SAP - Explore the full functionality of ECC 6 and built in controls, enhancement & new innovation  - Corporate office accounting - Budget and overheads - cost containment   - Control Raw Material Costing- Give recommendations / suggestions to management on the basis of comparative analysis.  - Handle entire Taxation and Treasury management at corporate level- & to supervise treasury activities including hedging & appearing before Income Tax authorities.  - Responsible for Branch wise and Region wise Budget, Working Capital targets & Profitability.  - Support management's decision to close / go slow on selective products by, preparing product profitability of Products.  - Knowledge enrichment and correct application of new issues/announcement  - Responsible to create Internal Audit structure and methodology for strong Commercial Controls.  - Provide strong sale support system and Decision support system to senior management.  - Responsible for Budget & Expense Control Management (Platform Expense) & (Operation Expense).  - AR Management, Inventory Management, SBU P&L & Analysis Reports Monthly, Manpower Retention, & Evaluation by Branch & HOD.  - Management accounting - P & L, working capital management, TMM reports, Inter company Payable / receivable   - Treasury operation - Vendor bill discounting, channel finance, short term fund requirement from SIDBI etc  - Commercial - Sales tax, Service tax, Employee taxation, Excise  - FPNA - Business plan, product pricing through value chain.  - Consolidation & Cost control initiatives.  - Ensure robust planning, forecast, monthly flash accuracy process to eliminate major surprises and risk mitigation plan to make good  - Monthly reporting & MIS  - Pricing- Responsible for Pan India product pricing and implementation.  - Preparation of legal entity results in Schedule VI format and as per India GAAP & IFRS compliance.  Interested candidate with similar profile forward CV in word format with current and expected package.  VED 09811762409
