Head - Finance & Accounts - Retail

Key Responsibilities :

- Overall responsibility for Finance, Accounting and Commercial functions.

- Analyse financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models

- Setting up the accounting structure and formulating accounting policies.

- Maintain and ensure an efficient and orderly accounting infrastructure

- Managing Commercial functions for trading, terms of trade with retailers, etc. for the company's business units or subsidiaries.

- Coordinating & evaluating with internal & statutory auditors for conducting audits.

- Be accountable for the company's finances and develop periodic financials forecasts, strategic planning, & budgeting.

- Drafting the Annual Business Plan, Budget and Periodic Forecasts.

- Establish and control budget heads; drive financial discipline in the company; Set Up Financial control processes and ensure adherence to budgets.

- Accountable for all Statutory Compliances for the Company like the Companies Act, Income Tax, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment, Professional Tax, etc.,

- Liaise with Tax Authorities, Government Bodies & external consultants.
