Head - Finance & Accounts - Renewable Energy EPC - CA

Position: Head-Finance & Accounts (Renewable Energy EPC Company)

Role:

- The person will directly supervise the Finance & Accounts function of the Company and its Project SPVs. He will report to the Senior Management and will directly assist in all strategic and tactical matters related to fund raising, banking relationships, budgeting and financial forecasting, Corporate regulatory compliances etc

- Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the Company's mission

- Oversee the management and coordination of all accounting activities of the Company /Project SPVs including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports on project funding, monitoring of organisational budgets

- Be responsible for banking relationships and for fund raising for working capital and term loans

- Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs and monitor banking activities of the organization

- Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization & Project SPVs

- Ensure compliance with all Statutory and Regulatory requirements under Company and Tax (Direct and Indirect) Laws and and maintenance of requisite documentation

Requirements:

- Educational Qualificaiton: CA

- Post qualification work experience of 18+ years, preferable to have handled finance and accounts of an EPC Company

- Good experience in handling fund raising and handling banking relationships

- Preferably should have experience in the EPC Industry

- Understanding of the current trends and developments in the Finance & Accounts area including IFRS

- Preferable if has had hands on experience in working on an Accounting ERP (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle etc)

- Experience in creating and assessing financial statements and budget documents

- Supervise staff, including regular progress reviews and plans for improvement

- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
