CA required with leadership and financial experience. Open to work 5-6 days from office. Must have experience in real estate sector.

Job Purpose:

The role of a Finance Head, will directly report to the CFO& MD India, and work with senior leaders of the company to develop an ecosystem of high growth and continuous learning. You will work across all areas of finance & accounts including funds management, liquidity, payment plans, forecasting, taxation, audits, compliance, balance sheets, P&L, and closing of books, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do?

- You will lead and manage the financial systems & budgets while undertaking the financial audits, keeping an independent check of organization's financial position, liaise with clients individuals or businesses.

- Provide financial information & advice, detect and prevent fraud and advise on taxation.

- Direct the maintenance of ledgers, journals, accounts receivable, revenue depreciation, cost, property, operating expenses, insurance etc.

- Handle MIS beyond the routine Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash flow dealing with auditors and replying to their queries on.

- Knowledge of dealing with Financial institutions, preparation of documentation for project fund requirements, GST, TDS , RERA Finance & Accounts up to finalization etc.

What you need to be successful?

- Strong leadership experience with hands on managing finance and accounting systems

- Ability to work independently and provide guidance on all financial and taxation matters

- Approximately 10 years or above of experience post CA/qualifications.

- Previous experience of managing finance operations, taxation, budgeting, forecasts, and planning.

- Able to manage and guide on new projects.
