Head - Finance & Accounts - Process Manufacturing & Energy Industry - CA

Company Profile: One of the leading groups in the process manufacturing and Energy industry.

Desired Skills: A Qualified CA with 18 to 25 years of experience coming from the process manufacturing industry.

Role Summary:

- The Head F&A will have primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial and accounts-related activities. The position has hands-on responsibility and will be required to ensure/ track/ monitor compliances related to financial reporting, measurement, legal financial compliances, tax norms, audits, and risk assessment.

- This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, budgets, job costing, deal structuring, analysis and negotiations, and private and institutional financing.

Key Responsibilities (Indicative Only):

- Financial statements in compliance with the Companies Act, accounting standards, on a Monthly, Quarterly & Annual basis.

- Statutory Compliance, Co- ordination with Statutory & Internal Auditors.

- Tax Audit, Transfer pricing, and Statutory audit in compliance with Income Tax Act & ICDS (Income Computation & disclosure standard)

- Monitoring Internal control over financial reporting.

- Monitoring Budgetary control, Project Monitoring & Accounting.

- Monthly cash flow planning & monitoring.

- Drive cost control initiatives and enforce budget control to improve cost efficiencies.

- Manage current and expected cash needs and guide fundraising activities for both equities as well as debt (long-term and short-term)
