Head - Finance & Accounts - Metal & Mining Business

We have been mandated by a large conglomerate is into metal and mining business for the below mentioned roles.

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

Designation : Head - Finance & Accounts

Location : Chhattisgarh

Qualification : Chartered Accountant /MBA

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsibility of Prepare on of all financial MIS reporting for Cluster or Mine Site

- Provide data Analysis for Mining Business for improvement of Top line / Bottom Line

- Responsible for finalize Cluster / Mine Budget with support to /from Sites

- Monthly and Quarterly review related ac vi es

- Budget Controlling and Monitoring for Cluster/ Mine Site, Need to ensure transactions as per the approve Budget.

- To review NFA for any budget proposal and finalize along with Sites for final approval

- Work closely with Mine Site/ Cluster to identify "areas of improvements" and submit to the other concerned stakeholders for implement on - Ability to Analysis data

- Explanations in case any Variance

- An updated forecast with risks and opportunity to current plan

- Knowledge and working experience of Financial Modelling

- Working experience in Key Management reporting

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities :

I. Finance Accounting , Budgeting etc :

- Manage the annual budget process, including developing Overseeing and preparing income statements.

- Preparing financial reports and analyse Financial data

- Monitoring internal Control

- Streamlining accounting functions and operations.

- Managing financial transactions like Invoice generation, Billing and Collection

- Developing plans for financial growth.

- Evaluating and managing risk.

- Coordinating audit processes.

- Review and develop customer profitability analysis

Technology and IT Enablement :

- Hands on Experience of SAP ERP and very good in MS Office like Excel and PPT
