We are hiring for Head - Finance & Accounts (Inter CA) position opening with one of our leading client in Food industry in Mumbai.

Key Requirement:

- Should be currently managing a team, preparing the entire book of accounts, Balance sheet and should be Proficient in preparing credit proposals for banks.

- The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our Accounts & Finance department, leading a team of four dedicated professionals. We are seeking an individual with a strong financial background, Inter CA qualification, and experience in the export industry, preferably in the food sector. The ability to prepare and present credit proposals to financial institutions is a crucial skill for this role.

Industry Preference:

- Export Company, with a primary focus on candidates from food export companies.

- Preference to candidates with prior experience of about 8- 10 years in a manufacturing & export organization from Agro/ Food Processing Industry.

Tasks:

- The candidate should have thorough experience of minimum 5 years to handle bank compliance relating to working capital/ Term loan/LC/Bank Guarantee, forward contract etc.

- He should also be capable of understanding the basics of sensitivity analysis, application of fund flow, and preparation of daily cash flow statement.

- Timely reporting, assessment of working capital, requirement, preparation & CMA, liaison with Bank officials.

- GST+ Income Tax

- Finalization of quarterly/annual financial results with compliance of applicable accounting standards.

- To guide/ monitor the job of 7-8 staff working in accounts and finance department

- Design Analysis and submission of MIS to management.

Technical Skills or Desired Candidate skills:

- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems

- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

- In- depth knowledge about the commercial aspects of an export organization.

- Working knowledge about GST Conversant in Tally ERP-9

- Computer savvy and good communication skills.
