Job Profile:

- Managing the Finance & Accounts team PAN India also including Taxation, Compliance, Internal Audit and Legal for Shobiz and associated Companies.

- Financial/Management Accounting

- Payroll

- Budgeting/Forecasting

- Statutory Accounting/Reporting

- Cash flow management

- Legal and Contractual matters

Skills & Knowledge:

- CA

- Minimum 15 years of experience

- Preferably from Media/ Events/ Marketing companies
