Head - Finance & Accounts - CA

- Minimum of 14 years of work experience in finance with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.

- CA Qualified is a Must

- Proven experience in the manufacturing and agriculture industries.

- Strong background in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.

- The incumbent will be a key member of the Executive Management Team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company.

- The incumbent will actively involve in securing funding, driving business operations, pricing, and costing of products, budgeting, and managing relationships with critical stakeholders.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the manufacturing and agriculture industries, with a proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and management.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations

- Proficient in using technology to streamline financial processes, analyze data, and make informed decisions
