Looking for Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-1 Years of experience

Role & responsibilities:

Direct Tax:

- Planning of tax liability on the basis of projections & take the steps to reduce the tax burden of the company & avail the tax exemption certificate to improve liquidity.

- Planning & preparing the direct tax policies to be adopted during the year and their compliances

- Review of tax audit report

- Preparation and filing of Income tax returns of the companies and Individuals

- Review and reconciliation of 26 AS

Indirect Tax Compliance:

- Preparation and planning of the Indirect Tax policies to be adopted during the year and their compliance

- Adopting the amendments done by the GST Laws from time to time

- Preparation and filing of GST-1 and GST-3B liability on monthly basis.

- Review of GST credit account on monthly basis.

- Followed up with the customer for GST credit regularly.

- Reconciliation of GSTR 2 with Input credit register and takes various decisions on such basis

- Assistance provided during the year w.r.t compliances, procedures any other problems in E-way bill generation, extension or legal action for expired e-way bills

MIS:

- Prepared of MIS on monthly basis for RO including Weekly, monthly, IFRS Pack and PD Pack

- Preparation and Reconciliation of the revenue with books and commercial invoices

- Review of the expenses incurred during the month

- Prepared the outstanding expenses sheet for the purpose of MIS

Accounts:

- Prepared the quarterly balance sheets, P&L, Cash Flow etc for board meetings

- Prepare the projections required by Banks, Management from time to time for various purpose

- Prepared final accounts

- Review of capitalization of all fixed assets as per the provision of the Companies Act.

Finance:

- Preparation and providing of all documents required by banks time to time.

- Providing support in fund management.

- Preparation of Projections of financials required by bank annually.

- Preparation of documents required by rating agency from time to time.

Audit:

- Supervising statutory audit, and internal audit of the company.

- Preparation of all documents desired by the external auditor of Govt. dept.
