Head - Finance & Accounts

- The ideal candidate would be a highly accomplished finance professional with significant leadership experience and strong business acumen. He will, inter-alia, meet the following requirements:

- Chartered Accountant / CMA / MBA, any other PG qualification in Finance with 12+ years of post-qualification experience, holding roles of increasing responsibility in the finance function

- Prior experience in manufacturing will be desirable.

This position reports to Managing Director and to lead a team of 10 members.

Purpose:

- This is a top management position and is responsible for planning and directing the operations of the finance and accounts function and meet all compliances while enabling business strategy.

Context:

- The most challenging aspect of the position is to ensure adequate financial control in the organization while enabling the business requirements.

- This position will be heading the following areas to fulfill the objective of the roe.

Major responsibilities:

- Dealing with banks in restructuring the funds

- FOREX management

- Insurance claims
