Role & responsibilities:

- Managing & presenting financial reporting for the organization.

- This includes monthly financial reporting, Profit and loss on monthly spread Project wise, budgeting and forecasting, 5 year financial plans and all statutory financial reporting including all Annual Returns

- Finalization of Balance Sheet and Books of Accounts & managing the taxation affairs such as GST & TDS including ensuring timely and correct filing etc.

- Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.

- Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organization is compliant with accounting standards

- Managing and overseeing the company's banking and borrowing arrangements.

- Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Financial and Management Accounting functions.

- Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place

- Ensuring internal Audit plans are in place and reviewing with department heads on same.

- Reporting back to the management on same on monthly basis with observation and suggestions.

- Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.

- Working closely with operations head to ensure PNL is positive.

- Work with operations heads to look at optimization of cost and identify gaps in revenue.

- Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information

- Producing reports and recommendations following internal audits.

- Liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with any financial irregularities as they arise.

- Ensure control on cost by involving in the procurements of both material & services.

- Involve in Tender participation in the related area to maximize revenue.

- Ownership to the assigned job & taking responsibility of end - to - end accomplishment.

- To be a team player & exercise full control & accountability of the team.
