The Organization is nodal body for large manufacturers in Construction/Engineering/Cement Industry. The Association's primary responsibilities are National Branding and Managing relationship with Government bodies, regulators and other relevant institutions. As a representative organization, it articulates genuine and legitimate need and interests of the industry.
About the Role: -
The incumbent shall be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization and including financial discipline and integrity.
1. Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure
2. Ensure that the organization's financial system are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth
3. Handle all payables and receivables in a timely manner
4. Create annual budget and prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly, biannual and annual basis
5. Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to the Management (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required)
6. Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review organization's performance
7. Develop and implement best practice financial accounting and control procedures
8. To be the contact person for all questions about financial matters that any of the stakeholders may have
9. File the budget and the balance sheet and the returns
Key Skills required :
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Should be a team player
Salary Offered: 8 - 12 LPA
