Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership & Oversight:
- Oversee the daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls, safeguarding financial integrity.
- Manage financial risk and analyze financial performance to optimize profitability and achieve business goals.
Strategic Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and manage the annual budget process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with company objectives.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic business decisions and planning initiatives.
Financial Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
- Communicate complex financial information effectively to diverse audiences, fostering financial literacy across the organization.
Process Improvement & Technology:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Leverage technology and financial tools to streamline processes, ensure data quality, and improve reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role.
Proven track record of success in managing all aspects of a company's financial operations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (e., GAAP, IFRS), and financial analysis techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address financial risks
