Qualification and Experience:

Qualified professional (CA/ ICWA or Inter) having over 8 years post-qualification experience Or MBA Finance or M.Com with 11 years of post-qualification experience preferably from a listed company

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure true and fair view of financial books

- Effective Fund management

- Ensure to provide monthly MIS as per advised timelines

- Coordinate & Timely Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

- Conduct Financial analysis -Projects/Benchmarking/ Actual performance

- Develop Financial Policies & implement financial controls

- Standardize accounting practices to Group requirements

- Drive new initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency

- Mitigation of Risks

- Strict compliance to statutory & regulatory requirements- GST/ Direct & Indirect Taxes/ LODR/UPSI

- Deal with external stakeholders including auditors / bankers/ tax consultants.

- Enhance automation of processes

- Address observations of audits

- Ensure compliance to financial discipline

- Timely completion of quarterly and annual audits.
