Head - Finance

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Finance to lead the finance function at a fast-growing, consumer-tech company. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, strategy, and sustainable growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, from budgeting and forecasting to fundraising and compliance, enabling the business to scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Planning

- Own and lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape business strategy through a financial lens.

- Identify and assess key business drivers and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

- Support the CEO in managing investor relationships and fundraising efforts.

- Develop financial models and investor materials for fundraising and strategic partnerships.

- Drive financial due diligence and scenario planning for M&A or strategic initiatives.

Financial Operations & Control

- Establish robust financial processes and controls across the organization.

- Manage accounting, treasury, and cash flow to ensure strong financial health.

- Oversee external vendors, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance.

Team Leadership & Culture

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team in line with the companys growth.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to instill a culture of financial discipline and accountability.

- Champion transparency, fiscal responsibility, and business partnering across all departments.

What Were Looking For

- 10+ years of experience in finance, including senior leadership roles in high-growth startups or consumer companies. Fintech companies will be a plus

- Strong foundation in financial planning, fundraising, and business strategy.

- CA/ CFA/ MBA is a must

- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
