Head - Finance

Job Description:

- We're looking for a seasoned Finance Head to lead financial strategy, planning, and decision making at J2W.

- If you're skilled in FP&A, contract review, and driving growth through financial insights, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

- Lead financial planning and forecasting.

- Oversee contract negotiations & ensure profitability.

- Drive MIS analysis to guide business decisions.

- Manage budgeting, cost control, and efficiency.

- Mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance.

- Report to senior leadership & stakeholders.

What You Bring:

- 15-20 years in corporate finance, FP&A, or related fields.

- Expertise in financial modeling, MIS, and risk management.

- Strong communication skills to present complex data.

- Experience with ERP systems and stakeholder management.
