The role has an overall responsibility of Strategic Planning, Financial Planning and Control, Financial Reporting and Auditing, Contract Management, Fund Raising and Management, Tax Planning and Management, Building Systems and Processes, Governances and Inventory Management.

Current Market capitalization is around RS 800CR, planning to increase the market cap to 1200 CR in next few years.

Key Deliverables:

- Responsible for setting up, standardizing, and streamlining financial and accounting systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency.

- Lead fundraising efforts through cost-effective channels, while managing and controlling banking and treasury functions. This includes liaising with banks and financial institutions to ensure compliance with project financing, reduce costs, and optimize financial resources.

- Provide strategic advisory support for key projects, including reviewing and overseeing costing, offering optimization recommendations, and managing project costing, budgeting, and auditing activities.

- Proactively ensure that financing is secured in advance to meet business needs and support ongoing projects.

- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions by demonstrating superior financial performance, fostering long-term, sustainable partnerships.

- Oversee all financial aspects of the business, including reporting and interactions with financial partners regarding ongoing capital projects and borrowing requirements.

- Responsible for overall financial planning and accounting practices, including treasury management, budgeting, tax planning, and auditing functions.

- Identify and recommend business opportunities, such as acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations of assets, capital, and business interests.

- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and uphold best practices in corporate governance.
