Head - Finance

Job Description

- As Head of Finance, you would be responsible for setting up the FP&A function, focusing on long range strategy, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, planning, competition analysis, driving bottom line improvement strategies and special projects with CFO and MD.

- CA with 12+ years of experience in core business finance and partnering

- Develop Medium to Long Term financial and strategic plans working closely with Cross functional Senior Leadership and Leadership Team

- Build annual budgets and profit & loss forecasts

- Create various scenarios and financial models for long term growth, assess the risks and opportunities impacting Strategic Plan and propose an optimal cash allocation plan

- Compare and evaluate previous budgets and forecasts, perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and suggest improvements

- Collaborate on the key tactical and organizational areas of budgeting and control, capital investments and resource management

- Develop systems to continually improve the standards and benchmarks in Budgeting, Financial Projections and Operating Forecast

- Partner with various stakeholders - Business, Projects, Operations, HR, Finance and other functions to evaluate and develop new standard reports to review business performance

- Present detailed financial and operational analysis measuring financial and non-financial indicators, identify reasons behind company performance on monthly and quarterly basis
