Head - Finance

Responsibilities:

- Develop, communicate, and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.

- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive management team.

- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities.

- Ensure adherence to local and international tax regulations, and optimize tax strategies to minimize liabilities.

- Direct the preparation of accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections.

- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.

- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop comprehensive budgets.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis and corrective actions.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

- Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

- Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and controls compliant with GAAP and other relevant regulations.

- Oversee the accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions and ensure the integrity of financial data.

- Manage cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital and investment opportunities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and manage banking activities.

- Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive financial initiatives and support business objectives.
