Role - Head - Filter Engineering

A leading manufacturing company is looking for Head Filter Engineer.

Looking for candidates with:

- Minimum 15 years experience in automobile industry R&D.

- Min. 5 years heading a group of design & development engineers.

- Knowledgeable on Design, development & application of Diesel filters, Oil filters and air filters

- Knowledge on Design, Development and related software/tools

- Ability to lead, coach & enhance the performance of the team.

- Experience of interacting with OE customers & ability to influence diverse stake holders

- Knowledge on Engine & Vehicle testing- Knowledge on Engine & Vehicle testing

Job role:

- To lead conceptualization, Design, Development and Application of Filters for automotive Vehicles

- Interaction with OE customers to convince & influence towards usage of suitable filtration Concepts.

- Design & Development of electronic sensor for Filtration with global & local supplier base

- Product cost achievement through optimum design, Acquisition Support.

- Lead & develop competency for group of Design, Development and Application engineers

- Collaborate with Fuel Injection Engineering, Customers & Leading filtration technology leaders( across globe) for filter media development.
