Head - Field Sales Operations - Real Estate/BFSI

1. Manage a large ground team exceeding 150 people. ( Sales and Delivery employees)

2. Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets & executing them in given time frame by organizational planning.

3. Steering entire business directions.

4. Manage daily productivity targets around photoshoot and sales conversions.

5. Should be involved in Strategic Decision Making and Maintaining High Team Productivity.

6. Analyze market trends and accordingly develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer connect

7. To provide timely and accurate feedback of market situation to management with the idea of improving the shortcomings.

8. Understand customers' key business drivers and supports the team in creating a profitable business

9. Run a tight ship and monitor the data on daily basis to make relevant adjustments.
