Education Required : MBBS+ AFIH
- Ensure proper execution of activities related to Health of employees (working in different departments) as per statutory requirement.
- Conduct medical examination of employees at the required frequency (as and when required with respect to statutory obligations)
- To check pre-employment medical reports and give fitness confirmation / recommendations for candidates.
- Suggest medicines, different test & other care to be taken by the employees (as a part of follow up treatment/consultation)
- Ensure proper keeping of health data record and Medical center administration.
- Provide guidance in preparation of the list of antidotes & preparing disaster plan.
- To support in investigations of accident case & set procedure to take preventive actions.
- Give proper medical guidance with respect to hygienic condition.
- Train in house nurse staff on how to handle emergency & other medical cases.
- Ensure that the Quality, Health, Safety, Energy and Environment policy and procedure are followed.
- Follow all SOPs related to medical checkup and Ambulance room facility.
- Ensure functioning of Ambulance room and first aid facility.
- Maintaining records/Maintenance of Ambulance van and first aid box
- Maintaining/ensuring all equipment installed in Ambulance room/van.
- Maintain compliances Forms, Register records etc
