Position: Head - Facility Management
Location: Oman
Job:
- To manage in a cost effective manner the Group’s large network of facilities, located across the country, including showrooms, retail outlets, residential complexes, leased buildings, staff mess, fleet of vehicles, etc. Facility management & maintenance, ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, finalization of service contracts, management of leasing & rentals, procurement of office equipments, stationery, furniture, and liaison with various government agencies and suppliers will be an integral part of the role.
- Overseeing safety, Security and related statutory requirements shall also form part of the job.
- The role requires close interaction with all the Department Heads and large number of staff ensuring customer satisfaction of all internal users.
Qualification: Graduate with additional management qualification.
Experience:
- Around 25 years of relevant experience in medium to large sized companies.
- The ideal candidate should be currently heading the administration and commercial activities of a large reputed organisation with large multi-locational facilities with focus on facilities management, at the national level with focus on infrastructure, transportation and security & safety functions.
Reporting To: Director & MD
Age: Between 48 To 55 Years
Preferred Industry: Any Industry (Preferably from large organizations where the employee strength exceeds at least 6,000 employees).
Remuneration: CTC + Furnished House + Car + Medical + Terminal Benefits.
