Job description

Role & responsibilities

- Streamlining Facility Management by scrutinizing current processes and devising strategic measures for betterment.

- Efficient vendor management and General Administration; implementing effective strategies for Vendor Identification, Negotiation, and Procurement.

- Develop alternate vendor pool to derisk purchases in critical categories as well as easing purchases of ad-hoc items.

- Weaving seamless Safety & Security cordon for ensuring complete safety to men,materials, and information; pivotal in vision building, goal setting, developing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for operational areas inclusive of Administration and Operations.

- Setting & managing entire facility & infrastructure of all regional offices across the nation, putting systems in place, enforcing security processes, implementing maintenance of systems & utilities through AMC, etc.,

- Providing end-to-end Customer Service Delivery Solutions in Service

- Management, Resolution Process, Relationship Process, and Control Process.

- Ensure all local compliances & liasioning with local authorities like PWD / MCGM & Police.

- Driving Cost Optimization initiatives in Facilities and infrastructure to position organization for long-term profitability and enhanced productivity & performance.

- Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including soft services such as housekeeping, cafeteria, and transportation.

- Ensure smooth functioning of all office administrative activities and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

- Oversee security measures to ensure a secure environment for employees and assets.

- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations.

- Monitor inventory levels and manage stockroom supplies.

- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative Department.

- Maintain updated record of all Company assets.

- Maintain stock records of all procurement and their use-age

- Oversee complete facilities.

- Keep updated information on all available workstations and system count. Ensure that the workstations are available for all new joiners.

- Maintain the service schedule for all assets and maintain service records as well.

- Keep track of equipment ageing including batteries, compressors, etc

- Manage all Housekeeping, security staff, etc.

- Maintain good and cordial relationship with all vendors and facility maintenance agencies.

- Taking up all assigned tasks.

- To take up procurement related matters. Should know the procurement based on Company prescribed policies.

Job Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and procedures.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for record-keeping purposes.
