- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO), for a Luxurious Duplex Resort Villas, in Gurgaon. to oversee and optimize facility management operations, reporting to the Board of RWA.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership in the facility management sector, demonstrating strategic vision, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional services.
- The COO will play a pivotal role in driving organizational maturity, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- The candidate must have a strong capability of understanding urgent versus important matters, short-term versus long-term matters and be able to report to multiple stakeholders i.e Board formally and residents informally.
Responsibilities Include:
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility management office to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with latest industry standards.
- Administering the monthly review mechanism.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the budget and analyze variances for facility management operations.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to understand and fulfill their needs and expectations.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed the residents' satisfaction.
- Provide strong leadership, inspiration, and motivation to the facility management team.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain strong quality control standards for facility management services.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with facility management activities, as well as risks on legal compliances.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
- Technology Integration:
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in facility management and implement relevant technologies to enhance operations.
Vendor Management
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Check vendor performance and monitor the quality of performance.
- Rejuvenate vendee lists regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, perhaps some exposure to formal business management education as well.
- Proven experience within the facility management industry.
- Strong understanding of facility management operations, including maintenance, security, and horticulture services.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant technology, emerging technologies and software applications in facility management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
