The Group has over 10 Schools, with over 10,000 students (over 100 buses, centralized procurement operations)

The institution plans to reach 50+ schools - India & Middle East, in the next five years

The Role / Job Description:

- To take charge of all India Operations - take independent charge of Administration, Facility Management, Security, Purchase & Procurement, Stores, Construction & Infrastructure development, MEP, Housekeeping, Transport, Canteen, Communication (IT / Technology), Events, Liaison - of all Schools & Corporate Office (20,000 sq. ft. with 200+ staff).

- Handle Civil Projects Construction Management

- Recruit the right team at the schools & training of the team

- Maintaining high level of customer service - both Internal & External is important.

- Strong relationship with vendor partners a must.

The Candidate Details

- Age : 45 - 55 yrs

- BE + MBA preferred

- With minimum 15 years of relevant experience of which minimum 5 years should be as National Head of above functions - in a people / location intensive sector - Retail Banking / QSR / Retail / Logistics / BPO / Insurance / Education etc.

- Ex-Armed Forces Personnel with minimum 5 years of relevant corporate experience welcome.

- Strong customer services / relationship management orientation, strong people & commercial skills, ability to multitask a must

Work Experience: 20 - 30 yrs
