Looking for a woman leader to head F&A operations.
Key Responsibilities
Is responsible to provide leadership for the location - increase the FTE base, service lines offered, and develop newer skills and competencies aligned to the requirements of the group.
1. Provides accountability and authority for:
- Client relationship
- Portfolio management
- Client satisfaction
- Account business planning and strategy
- Financial performance
- Growth
2. Acts as a single point of contact within customer organization for troubleshooting and resolving all issues arising from delivery-related account activities
3. Understands what it takes to manage a business and uses these insights to gain better understanding of the client's needs and to position the value offered
4. Ensures that management is informed of business performance responsively and as required to support business planning & decision-making (e.g., pipeline progress, forecast-to-close success, progress on opportunity, etc.)
5. Manages contractual re-negotiations to protect business interests while at the same time maintaining customer satisfaction
6. Assures account development for the owned portfolio of Clients
7. Developing strong networks in the functional business lines within the organisation as well as with the key client stakeholders, whilst being mindful of internal protocol.
8. Manage the talent pipeline within the team to ensure organisation resilience on a short, medium and long term basis

7. 17 - 22 yrs of proven experience in BPO in a global complex environment
8. Should have led large businesses (250+ people) in the F&A space
9. Subject matter expert in the F&A domain
10. Experience in building shared services teams involving transitioning of existing delivery from multiple onsite locations to an offshore/near-shore location
11. Leadership skills in a multicultural environment
12. Proven experience in a global complex BPO environment
13. Ability to influence at senior business levels
14. Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
15. Ability to bring innovation to challenges and to overcome problems and obstacles as they arise as well as take action and produce desired outcomes with limited direction
16. Strong commercial awareness and project management ability
