Job Description -
1. Would be required to conceptualize, build, and execute business plan for motor EW product with OEMs at Company level.
2. Would be required to explore opportunities in our existing and new OEM Relationships for pitching Extended Warranty Product.
3. Would be required to work with underwriting and claims team to create customised product construct for each OEM prospective partnership.
4. Would be responsible to anchor on-boarding of new relationships once the tie-up is done by closing legal documents and IT Integration.
5. Would be required to work closely with internal functions - Sales, UW, OPS, Claims, Finance, IT, Legal, Customer Service, Banking OPS, etc., to close our internal and external business requirements.
6. Would be required to explore opportunities within our existing partnerships for growing EW business.
7. To create, review and present the EW business dashboard to Top management at regular intervals
8. Would be taking care of forecasting of sales targets for EW product across all segments.
9. Would be required to manage P&L of EW product; internal & external communication related to product, competition price benchmarking and claims cost mitigation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Min Degree with 8-10+ years of work experience with latest 5 years in the same field.
2. Industry Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of OEM warranty policies, and the unique risk management needs of OEMs across PC/CV & TWs
3. Sales Acumen: Proven experience in B2B sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and effectively communicate the value proposition of extended warranties within the framework.
4. Communication and Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills, persuasive communication abilities, and a track record of fostering long-term business relationships with OEMs insurance brokers, and sales teams
5. Analytical Skills: The capability to conduct needs assessments, analyze risk profiles, and develop customized warranty solutions tailored to the specific requirements of OEMs within the insurance context.
6. Regulatory Compliance: A strong understanding of insurance regulations, compliance requirements, and legal considerations related to extended warranty sales and management.
