Head - Exports - Tiles Industry

Exports Head (Tiles Industry only)

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement geography specific strategic plans for the USA/EU market to align with overall business goals/objectives

- Collaborate with geographic agents & develop contracts with key accounts

- Identify new market opportunities, generate leads and assess risks in USA/EU market

- Stay abreast of changes in global trade policies, regulations, and industry dynamics

- Collaborate with other departments such as Product Management, New product development, Process Management, Production, and Finance to align strategies

- Own the service terms, marketing & promotion schemes to expand presence in USA/EU

- Oversee the logistics and supply chain processes for export shipments

- Build and maintain strong relationships with USA and EU clients & agents

- Develop and manage budgets for USA/EU operations and achieve required vol/ profit

- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures

Experience:

- MBA with minimum of 10 years of experience relating to exports to either the USA or EU market.

- Exposure to export sales in the tiles or adjacent businesses like construction, business development

- Familiarity with emerging trends, market dynamics related to the business
