Head - Exports

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

- Drive export business growth in the MEA, CIS, SAARC and South America region's Oil & Gas, Power and Railway sector.

- Get our company and product registration with our clients.

- Handling team size of minimum 5 different contraries head.

- New product launch.

- Product presentation to the client.

- Develop and implement sales strategies for Firefighting projects and products.

- Expand the market for specialized fire safety kits in B2C and corporate segments.

- Conducting regular review of sales team to ensure target is achieved by all the members.

Candidate Requirements:

- Over 15 years' experience of selling equipment & project to MEA, CIS, SAARC and South America region having exposure in Government / Private owned Oil & Gas giants, Power and Railway.

- Must have well knowledge of product wise fire safety equipment and system.

- Engineering or business degree, with an MBA preferred.

- Must have dealt with all the major EPC international giant's companies.

- Proven B2G sales track record.

- Strong industry network and client management skills.

- OK for frequent travel (40-50% of the time)

- Age 40 - 45 years

- Experience of handling team of 15 or more people to handle different countries.

- Should have achieved target of close to 150 Cr.

- Fluency in English spoken and written.

- Should be capable of excellent product presentation.
