Extensive travelling for 15 days in a month
Minimum 15 years of experience in Global Sales - After Market with proven track record in managing business growth through Direct Exports to SAARC and MEA Countries.
Business Development
- Responsible for overall operations of Exports to MEA and SAARC Region and Supporting in overall logistics functions.
- Appointment of International Distributors in line with the company policies.
- Formulate & Implement Marketing Business Policy for each country.
- Build a strong Network of Big Fleet Owners.
- Participate in Auto Expos, Aeromechanic & Auto shows across the region.
- Arrange International Events for the Distributors across the MEA and SAARC Region.
Channel / Dealer Management
- To Interact and assist new dealers & distributors for enhancing sales growth, market coverage and promoting the brand through advertising support.
- Monitoring & supporting distributors in secondary sales & controlling diversification of funds.
- Planning of inventory by coordinating with the domestics Sales team as well as the logistic team & collection of outstanding from different channel partners.
Brand Management
- Organize various marketing activities in association with distributors to promote different line items and especially during new product launches.
- Creating strong customer base, brand awareness, demand-pull & Push creation, and visibility through new product pricing, placement and sales promotion.
- To fill the gaps in distribution network, weak products / part nos. and accordingly design marketing-mix.
