Export Sales Head

- You will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding long-term relationships with customers. Your responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, generating leads, managing the entire sales process, and shaping future sales strategies.

- Identify buyers at the international level and convert them into regular customers.

- Build a strong network of buyers at the international level.

- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets.

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

- Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.

- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies in international markets.

- Manage the entire order processing cycle, including quotations, contracts, shipping arrangements, and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions for sales contracts. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute agreements.

- Represent the company at international trade shows and industry exhibitions to promote our products and services. Network with potential clients and industry professionals to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and documentation requirements. Keep abreast of changes in export-import laws and update internal processes accordingly.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA from a Premier B School & experience in export sales.

2. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

3. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

5. Proven ability to position products against competitors.

6. Strong leadership and team management skills.

7. Expertise in market research and analysis.

8. Knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics.

9. Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome business obstacles.

10. Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

11. Strong leadership and team-building skills.

12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
