Head Export Battery/Head International Business
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven sales head for International business to lead our global sales strategy and operations. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to ensure the company's products and services are effectively distributed and sold in international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's international market presence, identifying new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Lead and manage the international sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in international markets to maximize sales and market share.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to tailor sales strategies and products to meet the specific needs and demands of international markets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and ensure the company remains competitive in global markets.
- Develop and manage the international sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and ROI targets are met.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, industry events, and conferences to build brand awareness and expand the company's global network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in international sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong track record of successfully expanding sales and market presence in international markets.
- Deep understanding of international sales strategies, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in global markets.
- Proficiency in a second language(s) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
