HEAD EXPORTS FOR MENA REGION (MIDDLE EAST AND NORTH AFRICA) REGION

Head - Exports (MENA Region)

Reporting To : Executive VP & Business Head

Base Location : Bangalore

Age Band : 35 Yrs to 40 Yrs

Offered Remuneration : UPTO 35LPA + INCENTIVE

Responsibilities :

Ensure all international business is in compliance with local policies, regulations, accounting rules and controls of MENA Region.

Interface with internal sales/manufacturing personnel and customers, vendors, sub-contractors, etc. regarding the terms and conditions of customer orders, sales agreements and contracts

Establish local relationships required to conduct business as needed, i.e. banking, legal accounting, import/export, etc.

Key interface between international sales and manufacturing operations

Close interaction with CLIENTS Manufacturing, Finance & Costing and Marketing Teams to ensure smooth business transactions and good customer relationships

Requirements :

B.Tech + MBA with experience in export business for consumer durables sector.

10 to 15 years of related experience inclusive of international business experience in MENA Region

Demonstrated skills in developing a business, both locally and internationally in MENA Region

Strong management and project management skills

Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and drive change across multiple organizations

Proven track record of influencing to a desired outcome

Requires approximately 50% travel

ATLEAST 8 YRS OF EXP IN MEANA REGION AND PRESENTLY BASED IN INDIA AND DOING FREQUENT TRAVELLING
