Head - Expansion - Retail

Scrabble has been mandated to hire Head of Expansion for a fast-growing D2C startup in Mumbai. This role will be reporting to the COO of the company.

Responsibilities

1. Identifying micro locations for setting up new stores.

2. Evaluating site selection metrics, demographic analysis and research to ensure the best locations for setting up stores.

3. Preparing strategic expansion initiatives to deliver on the organization's growth vision, in co-ordination with the leadership team.

4. Building strong and effective relationships with stakeholders and franchisees landlords.

5. Ensuring legal diligence of the real state.

6. Working with project teams till the opening of the stores.

Qualifications

1. 12+ experience in a high-growth retail/QSR setup with an MBA from top-tier college.

2. Strong negotiation skills and good influencer.

3. Ability to hustle and work in fast-paced environment.

4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
