Role: Head of Expansion (AVP/VP level)
Reports to: CEO
Location: Goa
Will be heading the overall expansion in Goa & PAN INDIA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and identify, onboarding tie ups with owners of properties (Villas/ Apartments), establish budget and delivers the support to key stakeholders. By developing an expansion team. PAN India.
- Strategy Development - Develops business plans by exploring and systematically evaluating opportunities with the greatest potential for producing positive results
- Ensure successful preparation and execution of business plans through effective planning, organizing, and on-going evaluation processes.
- Successful implementation of the brand service strategies and initiatives.
- Execute go-to-market strategies to expand supply footprints across key markets (Goa & Pan India)
- Monitor status of all licenses / permits required by the local government and ensure these are in place before signing off.
- Review Financial and Statutory compliance before any launch/ onboarding
- Support Owner relations and provide operational information as required
- Conduct reviews and sharing of best practices & benchmarks.
- Building a Successful Team - Uses an effective interpersonal style to build a cohesive team;
- Strategy Execution - Ensures successful execution across of business plans designed to maximize home owner satisfaction, profitability, and market share through effective planning, organizing, and on-going evaluation processes.
- Work closely with analytics team to regularly evaluate seasonality trends and accordingly work with marketing team to plan domestic demand campaigns.
- Managing customer satisfaction and churn - owner of customer satisfaction metrics through service delivery and keeping churn numbers within target levels.
- Support Rental/ Hospitality team in conducting Owners On boarding & Kick Off Meeting
- Handling a team of 4-6 reportees
Education & Experience :
- Strong background and progressive expansion experience in the hospitality industry preferred (e.g. Business development/Sales / Operations)
- Strong Interpersonal Skills (Analysis, Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Negotiations, Interpreting contracts)
- Advanced project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects (multitask).
- Ability to manage owner relations
- 15+ year work experience
- Prior team Handling experience
