Description - The job entails handling the business development and sales for ICD/CFS. The candidate will be required to spearhead conversion of new customers by offering them customised solutions along with managing Key Accounts. The candidate will also be responsible to lead the the sales team and drive output and productivity.

The client is one of the most recognisable names in the distribution and transportation space. They operate multiple terminals within India which are well connected with ports that have access to all major shipping liners. They are amongst the market leaders in the space and are expanding their business at a fast pace.
Job Description :
The Candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing sustainable volume & revenue growth
- Spearheading conversion of new customers by offering them customised solutions
- Managing Key Accounts to ensure consistent growth
- Leading the sales team by coaching and supervising it
- Striking Strategic Alliances with Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, CHA's & Transporters
- Offering solutions to customers in terms of LCL consolidation and FCL cargo management
- Substantial experience and proven track record in the EXIM business
- Exposure in managing a sizable commercial P&L
- Experience in manging sizable teams
- An MBA would be preferred
- The candidate will have autonomy of managing a functional P&L and a sizable team
