As the Head of Executive Compensation , you will play a critical role in leading and managing the executive compensation consulting practice within our organization. This position requires a strategic and analytical mindset, deep knowledge of compensation principles and trends, and the ability to provide expert guidance to clients on executive pay structures. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the executive compensation consulting practice in India.

- Provide thought leadership on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues related to executive compensation.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on executive compensation strategies.

3. Business Development:

- Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the executive compensation consulting practice.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.

4. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of executive compensation consultants.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.

5. Consulting Services Delivery:

- Oversee the delivery of executive compensation consulting services, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of projects.

- Provide expert advice on executive pay structures, incentive plans, and equity-based compensation.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations pertaining to executive compensation in India.

- Ensure that consulting services comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

7. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry benchmarks and best practices in executive compensation.

- Analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in business, finance, human resources, or related .

- Extensive experience of 15+ years in executive compensation preferably in consulting.

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to executive compensation in India.

- Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
