Head - Event Sales
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy to identify, acquire, and retain new clients for HireBloc events.
- Set and monitor sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and motivate a team of event sales representatives, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure their success.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Develop and present compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of HireBloc events.
Event Collaboration & Customer Service:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure the seamless execution of events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in event sales or a related field, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Strong understanding of the event management industry and current event trends.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
